Keeping it Simple

Happy New Year everyone,

It’s been a while since I wrote a blog post guys and for that I apologise!

I thought I’d start the year with a blog post about what I learnt about my style in 2019.

I finally realised that I need to stop impulse buying on things that I’ve seen other people wear or something I like but not love, or even something I know deep down won’t suit me but I buy it anyway because it’s ‘on trend’.

I finally feel like I’ve found a style that works for me and it’s actually a style I’ve been doing for the boys for a few years but didn’t realise I should apply that to my wardrobe too.

Keeping it simple and plain is definitely my goal for 2020. Making sure my purchases are neutral and easy to match with other items. It makes getting ready in the mornings SO much easier with 3 little people, and I also don’t have that oh god what have I put on feeling…. ‘this just doesn’t go…. and doesn’t suit me!’

Here’s a few of the items I bought last year that I love and also a few items that I think are a staple item in a manageable wardrobe..

Puffer coat

Basic Tops & Mom Jeans
Biker boots
Jamie Jeans (Favourite jeans ever)
Plain Lounge wear
Classic Blazer

Lots of Love
